Summary/Objective

Come join a team of Mavericks! We are looking for an Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team! The essential functions of the Commercial Lines Account Manager include: aiding Commercial Lines producers in their marketing responsibility as well as helping clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. This position deals heavily in underwriter and customer interaction which need to have the utmost service standards. Organization and time management are must have skills.

  • Act as sales support for commercial lines producers
  • Complete applications, endorsements, finance agreements, and coverage summariesIssue binders, certificates, policies and endorsements
  • Prepare renewal offers based on input from producers
  • Process renewals along by sending out to our markets
  • Verify policy and coverage info for clients
  • Process cancellation requestsIdentify and mitigate exposure to loss for clients
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
  • Create customer and policy screens in AMS 360
  • Accept payments

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 2-3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management Experience
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • AMS360 Experience a plus
  • Startup experience a plus
