How Does It Work?

1. Provide us with the home's HERS INDEX Rating Certificate to set the home's energy cap.

2. You choose to offer terms of 1, 2 or 3 years and pay a small one-time fee.

3. Maverick will cover the cost of any energy overages in the home.

What is a HERS Index Rating?

The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index Rating is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured. It’s also the nationally recognized system for inspecting and calculating a home’s energy performance.
